1. Return without reason not applicable. Special note: WEBUY shall not handle any return by reasons of market ups and downs.

2. Please contact with WEBUY in the event of any quality problems.

3. Please contact with WEBUY in case of failure to take delivery of goods.

Discrepancy handling procedure

I Submit application

1. Weight discrepancy: please submit application on the issuing day of CIQ weight certificate. The discrepancy will not be handled 2 working days after issuing day of CIQ weight certificate.

2. Quality discrepancy: please submit application on the issuing day of CIQ quality certificate.

II Submit required documentations

1. Documentations required for weight discrepancy: CIQ weight certificate

2. Documentations required for quality discrepancy: CIQ quality certificate, cargo photos

3. Other supplementary documentations required by WEBUY
